    “I worked with Kathi Donivan over the past two months finding my dream home. I called her up on a Wednesday in October, and had only one weekend (one day really) to figure out a house situation. She was super flexible and was able to show me 8 quality homes during my abbreviated stay. I was being extremely particular with what I wanted in my home, so she conjured up three more options that were near perfect. The only problem was this housing market being so competitive that I was outbid on two of my offers. When we found the fourth (dream) home, Kathi gave me sound advice for presenting a good offer that wasn't too much on my budget and we negotiated a great price from the asking. We also negotiated a quick closing date and she worked super well with my mortgage company to make sure I got the loan on time.
